Design & Engineering
Profile design and feasibility analysis using tools like AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Billet Preparation
High-quality aluminium billets are cut and preheated to required temperature.
Extrusion Process
Heated billets are forced through precision dies to achieve the desired profile shape.
Quenching & Cooling
Rapid cooling to obtain required mechanical properties.
Stretching & Straightening
Profiles are stretched to remove distortions and ensure dimensional accuracy.
Cutting
Profiles are cut to required lengths as per customer specifications.
Aging (Heat Treatment)
Controlled aging process to improve strength, hardness, and durability.
Finishing
Surface finishing such as mill finish or powder coating (as required).
Inspection & Quality Control
Final inspection to ensure precision, quality, and consistency.
